Biography of Gwendelyn Garcia

Gwendelyn Garcia, Associate Gwendelyn Garcia received her Bachelors degrees in French and Political Science from the University of Kansas in 1993, and her law degree from the University of Kansas in 1996.  Gwen is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Missouri and Kansas. She is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, The Kansas City Metropolitan Collection Attorneys Association, and The Missouri Bar.  She was a member of the Missouri Bar 2002 Leadership Academy and is currently a Vice-chair of the Missouri Bar Professionalism Committee.

Her practice emphasizes the area of Creditor's Remedies.  She oversees both the multi-state collection and national credit card fraud departments of the firm.  She appears in local, state and federal courts for matters involved in these areas.  Gwendelyn also assists in the litigation area of the firm.
