Jerald S. Enslein, board certified by the American Board of Certification in the area of business bankruptcy since 1994, has participated in numerous cases pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, having represented reorganizing businesses, creditors' committees, secured creditors, trustees, an indenture trustee and unsecured creditors. He also serves as a member of the panel of bankruptcy trustees for cases filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri pursuant to Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code as well as on a case-by-case basis with respect to those filed under Chapter 12 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Jerald is the current chairperson of the Commercial Law Committee of The Missouri Bar and has served as chairperson of the Ad Hoc Advisory Committee of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri, as well as a member of the Electronic Case Filing and Local Rules Committee that assisted in the implementation of administrative procedures for the Electronic Case Filing system of the Court and the modification of its Local Rules.

He received his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from Tulane University, is a member of the Missouri and Illinois Bars as well as the American Bankruptcy Institute, and serves as a speaker and author on the subjects of bankruptcy and commercial law.
