Mark J. Schultz, Partner Mark Schultz received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Kansas at Lawrence in 1981 and his law degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1987. He is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Missouri and Kansas. Mark has been practicing law for over 18 years almost exclusively in Creditor's Remedies and Creditor's Remedies in Bankruptcy. |

He is a member of the Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Kansas Bar Associations, The Missouri Bar, the Kansas City Bankruptcy Bar Association, the Visa Bankruptcy Recovery Program and HubNet User Group, Inc., a national networking system for bankruptcy and collection attorneys. Mark has been a guest speaker at the Visa Bankruptcy Recovery Annual Conference. He frequently lectures on various issues of consumer bankruptcies. Mark spearheaded a nationwide program to provide his clients a cost-effective, aggressive approach to combat credit card fraud cases in bankruptcy. He developed a network of over 300 attorneys who specialize in pursuing bankruptcy fraud nationwide, and later expanded the network to include other bankruptcy issues, foreclosures and collections.
